3/16 tu be production per day

Trying to plan for the spring. What are people seeing with heavy runs in gallons per day per tap on 3/16". Being I have a day job I want to make sure I have enough storage. I have a couple of bushes one with enough slope and one with marginal slope. I like to plan for the 30' drop about 25 taps per run. Will a 55 gallon drum be enough for each run?

2 gallons per tap is a good day

That is probably a good mark. I know trees not on this line I have that will give 3.5 gallons per day. Average per tap in the woods I can probably stick with this.
