What is everyone doing to store containers in during the off season and during the season? Currently leaving glass in their card board boxes and jugs in plastic totes. Trying to think of a way to keep all containers from getting dusty and also keeping the sugarhouse organized.
Our glass stays in box till filled and then goes back in box for safe storage. Plastic is bought in cases and stays in plastic bag in the box it came in.

Plastic totes with tight sealing lids and no holes in handles means no bugs in jugs.

i agree 32 gal sterilite totes are nice for keeping everything clean and in relative order over the off season

We use the 32 gallon Sterlite totes and locking lids. If we do have some jugs in cardboard we store those in the sap tanks that have lids (bulk milk tanks).
