cream and sugar nutritional labeling HELP

I have an opportunity to sell cream and sugar to an outlet but they would require the standardized nutritional info/ labels on the containers.

Can anyone help me out with how to proceed with these 2 products in that regard? I have not seen labels out there for purchase for cream or sugar.

Check out the Vermont Maple Producer's Association, or Bascom Maple. I have seen such labels in one or the other or both. The labels are available.
