Last year my boiling partner and myself got tired of boiling in cramped makeshift sugar shacks, so we decided to build a permanent structure. Pretty much took all summer but it's mostly complete now. (Don't think we will ever be done modifying it). We left room to upgrade in a couple years. http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/11/29/87f3f9d7a6519214039c994fa7dbe18b.jpghttp://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/11/29/bbd4169b1c3ac23c23bb479f8264e971.jpghttp://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/11/29/3491f1dae2ebd4f625c137d8e9341c7e.jpghttp://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/11/29/a81a54a66b547aef103ac23f6b3e51a3.jpg

sugar house looks nice, and being out of the weather sure helps concentrating the work effort to you production . and looks like you picked up a new evap from bascoms too

Yeah picked it up last year, just before season started. Had it in a metal garden shed with an addition on the front last year. It was out of the weather but condensation was pretty bad, and inside temps went from below freezing to 115. Would have almost been better to be outside! Guess that's what happens when you buy go to bascoms to buy tubing and walk out with an arch, and no plan on where to put it.
