building an evaporator

I'm thinking about building an arch I was thinking about a 3 by 10 or 12 I would like to be in the 110 to 150 gph range I need a direction and any suggestions, my plan is to buy the pans

I have a 2X10 with 8 feet of flue pan and I get 100 GPH, more or less. Note that the pans sit on an Intensofire clone with a 1/2 HP blower.
