Was talking to Ray Gingerich the other day and he said he does not today sell a 110V electric motor model. He has been working on a 110V prototype, but he is not satisfied with performance.

I am trying to do a little research on his 220V motor/pump design. I was able to get him to identify "ANR High Flow Piston Pump" - but can't find this pump anywhere on the internet. Does anyone know the motors and pumps he uses?. He was clear that his pumps are brass, but are not FDA approved. He did say that he has several of his machines in operation and that his syrup operations are Ohio state inspector approved (certified?).

He seemed to be set on 220V motors and running RO at higher pressures than many on the forum. Ray says his machines operate at ~275psi. I am thinking most DIY ROer's are operating at ~225psi.

i used his set up and had great luck with them. i ran my sap as high as 15% the one dislike i had about it was the was tank. it split the seams on it and leaked bad.

Is your RO made by Ray? He told me he did not have 110V models. If not one of Rays, which RO do you use?

Wizbi,,,,, The closest I can figure out on my 125 expandable,,,,,, is ,,,AR ,,,,Annovi Reverberi,,, and I "think" my pump # is ,,,,RRA5.5G30N. The Annovi Reverberi website is kind of hard to get thru and there are so many close model #s that yours could be any. I had to get down with a magnifying glass, light to decipher that much off the pump
