*SOLD* 30" X 8' Leader Evaporator with Copper Pans for

I am selling my 30" X 8" Leader drop flue wood-fired evaporator at the end of the 2004 season. I'm expanding and need a bigger rig. This evaporator is unique in that it is made out of copper. It boils fast and I generally make 1 1/2 gallons of syrup per hour. This unit also features forced draft and a preheater pan. I'm selling the complete unit: arch with bricks, smoke stack, pans and preheater for $2000. If you're interested, come see how it boils this season.

Does it easily handle the 350 taps you currently have?

I am looking for a 30x8. What length flue pan and syrup pan does it have? I currently have a 2x6 and would like to upgrade.
