making boiling pans

I'm making my own evaporator, and was wandering if anyone had a way of figuring out how much water per hr it should be boiling.

The set up is as follow, fire box is 24 inch wide by 28 inch tall and 32 inch deep. I have 30 inch by 24 inch flat bottom and a 24 by 24 inch flue pan with 1200 square inch of surface area.

I think it is about 1.5 to 2 gallons per hour per square foot so 20 to 26 gallons per hour. There are a lot of variables that can affect your boiling rate so this would be a rough guide.
