Cream storage

Can maple cream be stored frozen without affecting taste or consistency? Would like to be able to make large batches so I don't have to spend so much time setting up and cleaning up for small batches.

We do that before the season to keep the prep and cleanup time down. Several other producers we know will make 4 or 5 batches at a time and freeze the unlabeled jars.

we freeze as well...no problems so far.

We keep ours in the freezer.
