Going to build a new gas fired arch table for my 2'x3' divided pan. I'm planning on using tube burners. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Last year I used round burners and had very uneven heat. This basically made my divided pan into a flat pan. I really would like tp get this pan doing what it is supposed to do.Thanks in advanced.

Take a look at gas finishers from the main manufactuers. I have a 2X5 and it has 4 pipe burners that run parallel to each other the entire length of the pan. That shoild give you an idea of the design

Keith. Are you using propane or nat gas?
