On sat my great uncle Boyd j underhill was discovered to have passed away at home between Thursday night and Saturday. He was the third generation to operate maple heights farm in east Aurora ny, the farm became 100 years old last year I believe. I don't believe there has been one year in there where syrup was not made, and the storie goes that Indians made syrup there before also. I had the privalage of helping make syrup for 8 seasons there before i went out on my own in 2013. It's also been said that maple heights was one of the first if not the first, to have tubing installed for sap collection in western ny. Many great memories to be remembered. I thank the lord that I will seem him and great grampa again someday. Ben
