Does anyone know if the p models can be used successfully for vacuum systems. I believe the p is for compressor and v is for vacuum but they both have two ports? Air in and air out

Their website lists the pump specs with max. vac. and max. air pressure without any other distinction. It also lists vacuum gauges, pressure gauges and pressure relief valves as options for the pump. Throughout the descriptions, I didn't see anything that said there was 2 models to choose from. My guess is its just the option package it comes with. I'd try calling the company before taking my word for it though.

Pm 3rd gen maple. He described to me the difference one time but I really can't explain it as well as he can. He works away the gast pumps quite often so I confindent he lead you in the right direction.
