suggestions on digital thermometer

I am looking for a reliable digital thermometer for my evaporator. The ones I've found on amazon have some bad reviews on accuracy. I am looking for one that has an alarm for a given set temp. Any suggestions on what has worked for you?

Check out Thermoworks. I use their thermopen model. It reads instantly and is very accurate.
