I watched that episode when it ran, (DVR'd it, watched later). It took me a few months to even get close to being ready enough to make a temporary platform of 12 x 16 in my 16x24 sugarhouse to set up and run my 2x6 that first year. On this show they built a complete dual purpose sugarhouse in 5 days. I was impressed.
