Food grade totes/barrels

I've been looking for food grade 275 gallon totes and 55 gallon barrels. One of the 275's I found used to contain some sort of liquid enzyme. Not sure what kind. Should I stay clear of totes that contained enzymes or can it be washed out fairly easily? A couple 55 gallons I found contained chili peppers and tomatoes. I'll pass on the peppers but would tomatoes be ok or will it taint the sap?

I wouldn't take a chance. Stick with containers that last contained food products that don't have a strong odor or color. I definitely wouldn't gamble on the enzyme tote tank. I tried cleaning some 55 gallon barrels that last contained drink flavoring and I never got the odor out...no matter what I washed with or how many months they weathered.
