Not really sure what section to put this under. So I figured this was good place to start.

I just got a used stainless drawoff tank but its pretty dull and I wanna spruce it up and give it a nice shine. Can anyone recommend a good polishing compound that will bring a nice shine to my new to me drawoff tank?

Do you mean on the inside or the outside of the tank. I wouldn't want to use any chemicals or polishing compounds that will touch the syrup.

bar keepers friend, vinegar and a soft scotchbrite will probably do wonders

FLITZ is a great product for restoring the shine to many different metals, including stainless steel. You can get it on Amazon and eBay and in some stores.

Dont use Bar Keepers on mirror finish stainless, it will leave it full of scratches. Simple Green seems to work, also rubbing alcohol and water at 50/50 mix works for cleaning that haze off.

+10 for Flitz. It will make SS really glow. It can also be found at marine supply / boatyards too.
