Can use a Leader filter tank on a gas burner to bottle?

Can a Leader 9 x 9 x 24 filter tank be set on a gas burner to bring the syrup up to temp for bottling? Thanks, Clay

Yup...just watch your temp

It can, but you should only use low heat, if you heat it too fast, on the bottom you'll be more apt to get more sugar sand.

That's what I do. Just heat slow and stir often.

I have had good luck using and electric hot plate under mine.
