Feeling "maple rich" right now, so making candy and cooking with syrup more.
I found this recipe (http://blissfulbasil.com/2014/12/01/6-ingredient-chocolate-caramel-slices-vegan-gf-paleo/) for maple squares and, since I had no almond butter, I used peanut butter instead and threw in a bunch of peanuts. It came out great.

I also made candies using a recipe that has you cool half of the syrup down to 90F before mixing it with the other half. These came out great, too. They were creamier candies with smaller crystals than I made in the past (plus it was a nice and dry day). Here's some photos of that effort:
