leaking barrels

I have some Baronox 30 and 40 gal bbls. Never had a leak last year, but this year a few have started to leak at the bung. As I tighten them they push out the seal, how do I avoid this?

put a little of the food grade grease you use on the filter press on the seal before you put the caps on. keeps the seals from getting stuck as they spin.
