Does anyone know where I can find the old 2 line or 2 barb plastic taps. I used to have a few blue lamb taps that were like this but I'm looking for 30 to 40 more. Thanks jeff

Tim Perkins was doing a study with these a couple years ago. Running a dry line to each tap. Maybe he knows where to get them

They no longer make them. I may have some left over. Do you need them right away, or can it wait until after the season is over?

I could wait until the season is over. I was thinking i had so much luck with the small aquatec pump straight off 5/16 line i would try a couple of seasonal (take down lines) at my parents house next year and just string them together with these taps (no drops or Ts). I have used seasonal lines for years with taps tees and drops but they are a real pain in the butt getting them strung up the same every year. I have a couple of strings of 15 or 20 taps that i have run just gravity but not much production 10 to 15 gallons a day out of them. I ran the same 16 taps on a small aquatec booster pump this year and and got 20 to 30 gallons daily. Very impressed in these little pumps i found a deal on E bay and bought three more for next season. Let me know Dr Tim if you have spares and I would purchase 30 to 50 if you have that many to spare. Other wise if these cant be had i was thinking running lines with taps and tees and just using like a 3 or 4 inch drop line on them.

After talking to a local producer to me I think I will stay away from these taps as he feels they introduce bacteria quicker than with a drop line. I guess they dont make these anymore so there may be something to his theory. Thanks for the responses
