Drop tube possible in single continuous pan?

I saw on here where people added their own drop tubes to their pans. They all seemed to have 2 pans, one sap pan where they added the drop tubes and another finishing pan they kept flat. I don't have these two pans, I only have one 2x4 continuous pan with 2 dividers or 3 sections. I add sap in the far right section, it passes through the middle section, and I draw on the far left section.

Is it possible to add drop tubes to this pan? Would I only add them to the middle and far right section? Leaving the far left section for finishing?
Or is drop tubes on a single pan not doable?

Any advice? Should I be looking at other projects instead of this one?!

I can't see why not. There could be a problem putting them in the front half of the pan as the wood may hit them when firing the evaporator.

Would you put them in the whole pan or just 2 out of 3 sections..leaving the last syrup section flat?
Is this worth the hassle? It won't really be a hassle, looking for a project really. And if it ups the evap rate quite a bit, I'd be very happy
