First timer wants to know how long you can store canned syrup on shelf / freezer

Hi my name is Matt and I am addicted to sugaring,this was my first year 30 taps on two turkey fryers looking to expand.My question is how to store my syrup.i have bottles and I have canned mason jars.Can I just leave them on the shelf or freeze them.My season is over and I can't wait for next year it's all I think about.I think I need help.Thank you

If your syrup truly made it to syrup, and your canning was done correctly, the shelf life is years and the syrup should be refrigerated and consumed within a year once it is opened. Playing it safe would be freezing it until you open it and then refrigerating it and consuming it within a matter of weeks. If, when you freeze it, it turns solid, it wasn't finished all the way to syrup. Welcome to the site.
