want three or four of them. Well, for now anyway. I've got a Shindaiwa 488, 50cc saw which is great. That one's a keeper. I've also got a Stihl O36 and an MS 361. They're both 60cc. The MS has double dogs and a full wrap. I'm either gonna sell the 036 and buy a Husky 272xp, or sell the 361 and buy an MS 460. So the lineup will either be 50, 60, and 70 cc, or 50, 60, and 80cc. Any thoughts? The option with the MS 460 will cost maybe $150 more, and I'll lose the newer of the two 60cc saws, but the Husky is older and smaller than the big Stihl.

All opinions are appreciated. Thanks!!

Arborist site is a great source for research.

I run Husqvarna 346 XP, 359, and 372XP 50, 60, 70 cc class saws.

Instead of the MS460 you may want to look at the MS660 if you ever cut any big wood. The 660 is only a little heavier but much more powerful.

I love both my Stihl MS390 and MS660. Although I find myself using the 660 more often even with smaller wood. Makes quick work of it.

As a plus you can also use the 660 to run a chainsaw mill if your ever interested in that.

Can't go wrong with a Husky XP model. We have (2) 262 XP Huskys, and a 576XP for the really big stuff, will drop through the log as fast as the chain will allow without balking about it.
