3/16 supplier around ottawa

Been reading up on 3/16 tubing and would like to try some out next year. Have 5/16 now that I purchased through Atkinson. They don't carry 3/16 or any fittings. Is there a supplier in the Ottawa (ontario, Canada) region that carries 3/16 and all the fittings?

You should have a CDL Representative for your area. Contact them and they will take care of everything for you. I just did 400 taps on 3/16, the CDL Rep for my area told me what I needed and I picked it all up at his house. I am in the Lake Temiskaming area. Atkinsons is now owned by CDL, If you phone them they will tell you who the Rep is for your area.

They do carry 3/16 they just don't have a separate heading under catalog which makes it confusing. It is on the 4 seasons 5/16 page about halfway down.

I haven't ordered from them but I am guessing that they are a 5/16 spile with a 3/16 output for the tubing

Those are to adapt 5/15" to 3/16" They do not work on both. Atkinson's has 3/16" X 3/16" splices - part # 66300057 I was there Friday to pick up some supplies and 3/16" tubing/fittings to try it out. They have everything you need for a 3/16" setup. They are now owned by CDL so most things in the CDL catalog are available @ Atkinson's but the parts # do not match up

Sorry - the part #'s do match up. Page # 6 of the CDL catalog shows pictures of all the fittings - Atkinson's online catalog doesn't have images of the 3\16" fittings, just part # and description

I get my supplies at Mario Beauregard sugar bush in Perkins ( 20 min from Ottawa ) he is a D&G dealer and is great to deal with. He will gladly help you with whatever you need. A 500' roll of 3/16" goes for just over $50. If you drop in on a slower day, he will show you his operation, if he is too busy, he will let you snoop around. Good luck!
