From a firefighter sight I follow. Quick thinking saved the sugar house. We had a fire in the early 80's, quick thinking by my father and numerous full pails of water and sap we always keep on hand saved our sugar house then.

Keep some water, preferably a charged hose handy.

Good work by the firefighters. Great they are back up and running. That sugar house is about 30 minutes from my home.
