Sweet sap

My sap here in central Wisconsin has been running the sweetest it has ever run. I was wondering about other peoples/places.

It has been running sweeter all season here in NH too.

mine too. My typical % is around 2.0-2,2, this year most has been from 2.3-2.4. From the 2 who I buy sap from (yard trees and roadside) they have ranged from 2.1-5.2%, with averages from 2.7-3.3%. They usually average about .3 less, and never before had any over 4, this year 1 has had individual trees of 4.2, 4.4 and the 5.2. They are all huge crowned yard trees.
