I am installing a 465 cfm blower on my 30x8 this week and was wondering should I run my front pans a little deeper just do to the fact that everything is going to run hotter? And one other question , I do not have a airtight front, I just have the standard cast front two door set up....am I flirting with disaster???? I believe 465 cfm is overkill but it is brand new and it was free! Thanks In advance for your help.

465 is what I ran in my 2x6. Just run the pans as you always have. No need for deeper. Build an airtight door for next year. And dont open the door with the blower full on... unless you dont like your current hair style.. or hair for that matter..

My gasket on the door feel out. No real problems with smoke but maybe low evaporation rate

That's the same size as on our 2~6, works great I run it wide open. I have a airtight front tho
