I pulled a couple quarts of last years syrup out. When made, was checked with a hydrometer, bottled at 185/190, Bottled in canning jars properly sealed. Opened them up and they have an odd flavor, hard to describe, best i can can say is almost like its fermented? Theres no mold, light sediment on bottom. Any way of salvaging this or have to chuck it? thanks
