2015 Savoy

We tapped 3/8/15 and 3/14/15. Has been really slow so far. What syrup we made so far has been nice.

I'm in Savoy as well. Didn't even tap this year. Not much was flowing by mid March. Got my snowmobile sunk good trying to tap on the 15th. I figured by the time the trees began flowing the temps. would be all wrong. Still got a foot and a half to 2 feet of snow in the woods where I'm at.
