Yesterday we had a great flow, 150 taps, we took close to 300 gallons of sap out of the woods, and I suspect we'll find the barrels half full again this morning. Cheers, DavidSB

Same in Pepperell. Very slow over the weekend but as soon as the wind turned, the taps poured. Buckets were all filled and overflowing by yesterday afternoon.

Same in Northfield, 900 on a 1000 taps for From Sunday and Monday, 2.5 sugar made 24 Gallons last night.

Had a late start in Princeton yesterday, cold start, cloudy and snow flurries, so a small collection but everything was still running hard when I collected at 6PM. Today looks like THE DAY for sap. Some sap leftover from yesterday and an early start running this AM. A sunny, perfect sugaring day today.
