Thanks, we have a lot of fun with friends and family. I was boiling by myself that night and just felt like sharing some action shots. I think I made 4 gallon of syrup that evening on 230 gallons of sap. Still boiling raw sap with wood. Almost stone age stuff!:) By the looks of your avatar you have a nice place!
