Syrup or just sap

The drink these days ARTESIAN WATER you know coconut water, and high priced mineral and flavored water. Got a hold of Maple Water AKA Maple sap. I think this may be the way to go $3.00 for 8.45 ounces. We could be rich! I just thought I would show this for the ones who haven't seen it yet. I've always enjoyed it right from the tap anyways.11414114151141611417

That one must boil it a little to get "a hint of maple". The taste does not come until there is some caramelizing in the pan.
Another one I saw is called "Vertical Water". Same or similar price.

Better watch out, the guys here short on sap might start buying this stuff up to boil :)

That's equal to $ 1850 a gallon for sap vs $ 100 for the same amount as syrup.....woohoo !!!!
