Tree ID Please

Looking for an ID on this please. Kinds embarrassed asking. I grew up in the woods but after hours working in the bush the last two days I'm having a brain fart:lol:

I am thinking ASH but not sure. The branches make me say ASH, someone who knows the bark will know for sure what tree it is.

I agree. The bark looks like red oak. Definitely not ash.
