It's good to see you up and running with all of that new equipment. Boiling concentrate even at 9% is a lot more fun than boiling raw sap. I am still hoping that I can make enough syrup this year to buy an 8" tower to turn my 125 gph RO into a 400. Good luck with the rest of your season.
