Hey guys I went to the supply store the other day to get some containers and a sap hydrometer. When I get to the hydrometers there were 3 different ones with different brix numbers so my question to you, what are nrix?

Brix is just another scale used to test sugar% in syrup. Here's a link for a chart comparison: https://www.leaderevaporator.com/pdf_files/syrup-hydrometer.pdf
By the way, the Brix scale is what we use, 66.9 brix=66.9% sugar.
