Was wondering if it is ok to use an acrylic tube instead of glass for the sight tube on the flue pan. Thanks.

My old Small Brothers had an acrylic sight tube, current Leader tube is glass, have to make sure to drain this one every night.

My glass sight tube broke 20 years ago or so. When I ordered a replacement, they sent me a plastic one (i assume it's acrylic as it's hard,clear plastic). I've had no problems with it.
