Hello,
I got my first hint of buddy syrup yesterday. I may still have some boiling to do as the buddy flavor disappeared after finishing to syrup. However the end is nigh.
I have read a lot about cleaning tubing but nothing specific to 3/16 or smaller producers.
I'm hoping I can get some tips on wrapping up the season with 3/16 tubing. It would be great if you could include tips for people like myself who are small producers and can spend a little extra time on the cleanup and could give a little extra attention to each tap during the post season which could be less economical for large producers but possible worthwhile for us smaller ones. I also completely tear down the system and put into storage.
