Hello everyone-

Checking in here from Oneida County, NY. I've toyed with the idea of making syrup for many years, and finally decided to take the plunge this year. Starting out small with an outdoor block arch evaporator, and about 10 taps. Nothing huge, but you have to start somewhere!
