When the steam cleared !

We ended up with 2.75 gallons of sweet goodness. Started with 115 gallons of sap. Looking like the sap is going to run good this week, I'm looking forward to next weekend when we can boil again. Hope everyone has a great week . Here's a picture of the end product.
