The trees are ready to open up. South side yard trees dripping at 29 with the wind gusting to 25. Small run yesterday afternoon. 150 gallons run into the rig for sweetening. Getting anxious remembering days of boiling in late January. It has to happen eventually???? Out to the bush to see how the rest are fairing.
