Days between boiling

How long can I go without boiling in between sap runs. my taps are not producing very well and I wait a few days in between boiling but I was wondering how long the boiled product I have in my pans will last before spoiling.

Depends on the temperature. If it is warm you could drain it out and refrigerate it. If not so bad, a day or three is fine. Some seasons it can get ropey if you push it too long.
