Does anyone know if I can test hot syrup for sugar content using a digital refractometer.? Thanks

This one says you can, 1hardmaple.... I don't know if they all have a hot and cold scale.

Let sample cool down in sample cup. More accurate. But having said that I don't use my Hannah for syrup testing- only sap and concentrate.
