Good week collecting in Northern Bedford Co.

Started boiling tonight . 120 gallons collected this week.
If things go right should have plenty for our Church auctions this summer.
30 on 5/16 gravity
12 buckets
Propane 3 burner

Finally got to some trees this week,going ot boil Sat. got about 100 gal. sap.Still have a few trees to get to when snow goes down

The snow yesterday didn't hurt us much was still able to get to my collection points and shuttle my sap to the house with ATV. My wife and I are still boiling . Shut things down around 1 am was back boiling at 7 . Still have a ways to go before it's syrup.
