Most of you already know this I'm sure, but if anyone new to the site is in need of supplies, click that "New Equipment Sales" tab at the top of the page. I ordered a short sap hydrometer and a long syrup hydrometer. They came super fast but there was a little mixup and both were sap hydrometers. Chris called me this morning and said they were sending me the syrup hydrometer overnight delivery and no need to ship back the long sap hydro. Which is great for me because the long sap hydro is far easier to read than the short one.

I second that Chris and Kim are great to deal with. They even shipped my Lapierre filter press to WV several years ago which is about 800 miles. Their service is excellent.
