I have stainless steel screen over my two steam stacks. Do you think this has any effect on my gph rate?

I would'nt think so. How fine is the screen? I suppose if it was very fine it would be possible. It may be slowing the draft. If you don't have steam "backing up" and trying to come out every door, gap, hole, etc.of your hood, its exhausting properly.

Thanks the screen is fine like window screen. the is not back-pressure and steam coming out any where.
