MY modified drop tube pan !

I did a modification of my pan from last year. Easy change and doubled the evaporation rate. WORKS FOR ME !11150

Looks great, I tried doing that last year. Ruined two steam table pans, they were warping too much on me. Decided I didn't have the skills to do it right so I made a bigger arch and bought a pan. Have a great season.

Newmod, did you weld or solder those crimps and pan connections?

All fabrication done on the pan was welded. The pan warped / twisted when welded on. Luckily it was able to be tweaked back into shape. The pan is a carbon steel pan but the drop tubes are stainless. Works great.
