Finally get to boil my first batch. I collected a hair over 30 gallons on 16 taps this week. Hope to make it down the lane to hang the bags for the 24 I have out there, we will see how much snow melted and of the four wheeler can make it.

I'm pretty dang surprised on the clarity. I assumed that, despite my best efforts, gravity filtering was not going to make the final product 100% clear. Holy cow, I was wrong. I can't find any sediment on the bottom! I'm pretty pleased.
