This is me and my dad attempting to finish the arch before are first boil, which is this weekend. We've started Monday and are still working on it. The pan I have are 20" by 5.5' stainless steel flat pan. Its actually a commercial sink. The arch is made bigger so all we have to do next year is get a bigger pan. I have the maple bug.:mrgreen: what do u think my gph is gonna be? I will also have a blower
