What do folks out there use for cleaning/sanitizing their equipment and what ratio to water is used? I've heard some folks using a diluted bleach solution. On one hand that seems OK as long as a good rinse is used but on the other hand bleach and food just don't mix. Curious what you all do.

We used the Clorox and water for the last 30+ years until end of last season when we went to hydrogen peroxide. Reason is that it will be less of a squirrel attractant. Didn't have a problem but our population jumped a lot.

Clorox and food surfaces is not an issue...that is what we have to use in 4-H shooting sports when we cook and cleanup to keep NYS happy.

This way we don't need to worry about rinsing and plan to use it when we clean the bulk tanks during the season also.

I followed the 21/2 gallon bottle label for food prep surfaces concentration and went to the high side of the range.
