I have a surge 75 plus running around 1100 rpm pulling 20 inches. Last year I seized the pump because a dripper plugged. I have it set up for a flood system now but I am just concerned on how hot it gets. I just don't want to burn the bearings out. So I was just wondering if they normally run hot. It is getting plenty of oil no issue in that department. Any experiences?
